We do not accept, participate in or file insurance.

We will provide you with an itemized invoice for your records.  Laboratory and diagnostic testing may be covered by your insurance depending upon your policy.

Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries may only be seen by our Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nursing staff.

Our fees are based on an hourly charge.

We consult on very complex medical conditions that require more time and we also provide advice for relatively simple issues which can be done quickly.  This allows us to customize our care for each and every patient.

Our providers include Scott Rollins, MD, Lynda Hamner, MD, Andria Lopez, FNP, Amber Rainey, RN, Heather Kyle, LPN, Laura McNally, MA, and Lindsay Maurer, EP.   The entire medical team has trained and worked extensively with Dr Rollins and we coordinate all care with his immediate review and oversight.

Your first visit always begins with your main provider.  Also included in your initial visit fee are 3 separate visits, each lasting 30 minutes, with one of our supporting providers.  These visits may be scheduled all in one day, but to avoid getting overwhelmed, we recommend returning a few days to a week after your initial visit for a one hour bundled visit for the fitness and nutrition consults

  • Education Consult with one of our Nurses or Medical Assistants.  This visit follows your main provider visit.  The purpose is to allow plenty of time to review important lab or medication directions and assist with any immediate questions.
  • Fitness Consult with our Exercise Physiologist.  Designed to evaluate your fitness health and develop a personalized strategy for fitness that will work for you, this is one of our patient’s favorite consults.  Ongoing custom program consultations are available and very popular.
  • Nutrition and Digestive Health Consult with one of our Nurses or Medical Assistants.  This core program is the foundation of good metabolism, energy, weight control and proper activation and elimination of hormones.
