The IMC Premiere Program
Imagine being able to put together the best of traditional Western medicine with the Eastern healing traditions for a complete health program. That is exactly what we do with the IMC Premiere Program.
Our Premier Program involves seeing all the IMC providers who will meet regularly to collaborate on your individual treatment plan. You will be assigned a personal “Navigator” who will serve as the contact between our providers.
The Navigator will meet with you to review your medical history and outline the specifics of the Premiere Program. You will be given a notebook that outlines the Program, the IMC providers, and various tests and treatments.
The Navigator will then present your medical history at our weekly “Collaborative Care Conference” at which time your initial treatment program will be outlined. As your treatment progresses we will continue to meet and coordinate your care. Your Navigator will be present and will then review this plan with you. Your notebook will contain a summary of your treatment plan and will help you schedule and coordinate your care.
During your journey through the Premiere Program our Navigator will serve as your personal contact. They will be available to assist you and will continually update our provider team while overseeing your overall treatment plan.
The Premier Program is unique. It is designed to provide the collective wisdom of many disciplines while insuring that different providers are working closely together toward your better health.
