Foam Rolling - a 45 minute relaxing therapeutic soft tissue technique used to heal adhesions, provide self massage, heal aching muscles, and provide benefits in balance, alignment, chronic pain and overall health.  Using a dense foam core, we will access “trigger points” in the major muscle groups of the body that cause pain.  This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.  Please be advised that foam rolling can be hard work, it is important to bring water and a towel.  Sometimes pain will occur but should never be more than that felt from/during a professional massage. We will use foam rolling and relaxation techniques to provide a healing experience. Please sign up by noon the day of class.

Hands on Bands – a 60 minute total body, low impact workout using resistance bands and light cardiovascular exercise.  Fun for everyone!  Please sign up by 5 pm the day before class.

½ Hour of Power ($5 per class) – don’t have time to work out?  Try this 30 minute class to obtain a no sweat, lunch hour workout! Please sign up by 8 am the day of class.
